Engineer was on time friendly and very efficient
As I previously stated, everything was excellent.
The engineer arrived on time, identified the task, & in no time the job was finished,he explained what he had done.
We organised an engineer to come and have a look at our integrated dishwasher and within a few minutes, the problem was diagnosed. The engineer ordered the parts and within 5 days the engineer was back to fix the problem
Calling out an engineer to a broken appliance is of course always “great” experience and quite made my week but the process was painless the guy turned up as promised was helpful and friendly and the oven was fixed that day

I needed an oven Knob replacing and it was so easy to book NAC online, the availability was great. Charlie was on time and friendly and explained what he was going to do. He replaced the knob but there was another part that needed replacing, he came back a week later, after the new part arrived, still included in the first call out charge so luckily I didnt get charged again. Would definitely use their services again.
The technician arrived when expected and quickly diagnosed a very simple problem left by the previous technician (different company).
