My Miele washing machine was making a terrible banging noise prior to spinning. Rang n a c who booked me in for a fitter. Andrew fagan arrived the next day and diagnosed the fault. Although there was a delay on getting the new parts needed when they arrived Andrew came back and fitted them. He was very professional and obviously an expert fitter.
