Excellent service. Booking a visit from an engineer was easy. The person who I spoke to was helpful, knowledgeable and polite. She kept us informed and went the extra mile to give us a convenient time slot. The engineer was prompt, super efficient, friendly and professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and filled me with confidence. I will definitely make NAC my first call when I need repairs to our domestic appliances. Can’t praise too highly. Thank you.

Our experience with this company is of an excellent standard and would definitely recommend and use them again myself.
My oven tripped off the electric and after booking an appointment at 8pm online on the Tuesday , James was with us at 9am the next morning. Very impressive.
He identified the element required to fix the fault which I was able to order from the link straight away and within 5 working days he was back to replace.
James was courteous, careful and extremely professional.

My dryer stopped working and I wasn’t able to have it repaired by a “local’ repairer due to the brand so contacted NAC. They came at a time convenient to me, diagnosed the problem, obtained the part and fitted it in a timely manner by a friendly engineer. The price was fixed in advance so I knew the costs straight away. No hidden extras. Very pleased with the service.

The engineer ( Jason ) got in touch to organise the visit. He turned up on time, diagnosed the issue with our range cooker, ordered the parts and after a couple of days rectified the fault.
