Yes everything fine. Only thing would of liked am or pm time slot, time slot given 1000 to 1500 is slap in the middle of the day.

My tumble dryer stopped working and I wasn’t able to get it fixed by a ‘local’ repairer due to the particular brand. I contacted NAC and they came out on the day of my choice, gave me a firm price for the visit and then gave me a fixed quote for parts. The work was done on a timely manner, at a good price and by a friendly engineer. Good commumication all the way. Very happy with the whole process.

Darryn was great and quickly diagnosed our tumble dryer issue and had resolved it within 30-40 minutes, including giving the unit a quick internal clean, which he didn’t have to do.
In my experience, finding local traders and especially bigger firms I can confidently book repeat work with can be challenging- I would recommend NAC without hesitation and use again.
