Very knowledgeable technician. Fixed the two rings not working on cooker hob and found the fault with tumble dryer. Overall an efficient service and far cheaper than replacing the items

I needed a repair to a Falcon range cooker, which is over 20 years old. Finding an engineer through the appointments system worked very quickly and efficiently. Darrell, the engineer, was able to come within a couple of days to make the repair and had all the parts on board.

Engineer arrived first thing went over costs B4 starting and completed the repair as agreed was in an out in less than 45 mins so it never ran into an other HR which would have doubled the costs .. machine is going well and if I have future issues I will call them first .. service was second to none
