Really helpful lady who took the booking. Josh, the engineer, was excellent, extremely efficient and pleasant, and gave us helpful advice for future maintenance of our dishwasher.

Very efficient and pleasant, the young man was quick and friendly and explained all that was needed.
I rang the NAC number and a very friendly lady answered (I think her name was Yvonne) she explained the procedure and that a Cooker engineer would contact me the next day I got a call from Mark and we arranged for him to visit and investigate the fault. He messaged me with a two hour time slot. When he arrived he told me that the element was the fault and he would need to return in a few days with a replacement. As arranged he arrived and replaced the element which took him no more than 20 mins. Altogether an excellent service.
Really impressed with service from start to finish. After being cancelled on by another company I was a little frazzled. Booking was super smooth and professional with messages and emails prior with full info, timings and the engineers name etc. On the day Haydn was polite and professional. Very clear on the problem and possible solutions. Although our freezer may still ultimately need replacing its working for now and I felt fully informed and able to make the right decision for us. Would highly recommend this company.
