Booking the appointment for a plumber to check and diagnose the problem with our washer dryer was easy and quick. Friendly and polite representative who informed me of process/ charge etc.
Plumber duly contacted me next morning and arrived promptly.
After diagnoses it was decided the machine could be repaired with parts ordered but the cost would be high. Plumber advised me on alternatives.
Pleased with the service and would use NAC again.
