Little faults can be frustrating, they can tilt your day to day working to a annoying and unhappy state. The engineer that came was charming, worked quickly and sorted it out in seconds. Here is the impressive part he took the time to explain what had happened, why it had happened and gave us a checklist that if it happened again we could fix it. Not shown in the manual. We could have felt like idiots but he saved us from that by being kind and giving us some time and patience. We feel with or without it instruction we are confident we can put things right.

My appointment was set up efficiently by the company. The engineer contacted me and confirmed a time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He advised how much a repair would cost and whether a replacement would be better. He also suggested which brands he had found lasted longer than others and required less repair.

Excellent service – transferred me to a local Engineer who knew straight away that my washing machine was completely broken from hearing the sound from my mobile saving me a call out charge. Even sorted out a new machine and installed it within a few days at a much lower cost than the supplier – will definitely use again.
