Engineer came to see our issue regarding our dishwasher. Quickly informed us of problem and ordered parts for us. We were informed that an appointment would be made once parts were in. The engineer then came back to fix the dishwasher 5 days later which was fantastic

Appointment made for following day, Plamen, the engineer, called to confirm he was on his way. He was very pleasant and professional , fixed my washing machine and answered a couple of questions regarding my freezer!!
