The engineer that came was very professional and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was a big problem so we aren’t using them for the repair, replacing it. He gave us a quote and everything was dealt with a couple of work days later

When my fridge gave up the ghost last Friday, I knew I needed quick service to avoid weekend callout penalty charges. I reached out to Sally at NAC customer service who checked but couldn’t fit me in before the following Monday. I accepted the booking as a last resort but she went above & beyond by calling an engineer (Nico) that was on a job near me to see if he could squeeze me in before heading out to his next job. Nico was at my home within the next 30 minutes. After careful examination, he honestly advised me to replace it instead of a pushing costly parts repair. He too went above & beyond by suggesting a brand with better longevity at a decent price & even navigated me to a website with great deals on so I could get my replacement asap.
24h later I had a brand new fridge delivered, unpacked + the the old one had been collected.
I can’t recommend NAC enough for their honest, friendly service & their insight into how to adapt in the face of an emergency.
Chris the Engineer did an excellent job on our washing machine, and was able to resolve the situation of the drainage problem by being able to clean the blockage out inside the hose and was able to use the washing machine straight away.

My appliance was not fit for repair but I’m glad I spent the money to establish this. Dan was prompt, courteous, clear in his explanation, and tidied up fully the many screws and parts that were removed from my beast of a combination microwave oven.
Excellent service. Jason knew exactly what the problem was with my Rangemaster stove as soon as I mentioned the symptoms. He had the repair done and we were up and running again in no time at all. Thank you Jason you’re a star.
