Excellent service – transferred me to a local Engineer who knew straight away that my washing machine was completely broken from hearing the sound from my mobile saving me a call out charge. Even sorted out a new machine and installed it within a few days at a much lower cost than the supplier – will definitely use again.

Great service. Phoned to see if I could arrange a gas engineer. Engineer was booked for next day. I received a text as confirmation. The engineer then text in the morning and then phoned when he was 10mins away. The engineer was professional and solved the problem. Great communication. Would highly recommended.
Having sent details of my problem with my washing machine via email I elected to complete the survey. Before I could start I received a telephone call from Tim arranging an acceptable date for the repair.

Call was answered quickly by Rebecca who was very polite, courteous and helpful. She arranged for the engineer to call immediately and arranged a date for his visit. Charges were also explained. So far so good.

My initial telephone enquiry was dealt with promptly and the booking system and call out charges fully and clearly explained. The Engineer was brilliant: friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. As well as sorting out the problems very quickly, he gave us some very useful insights into using our various kitchen appliances much more efficiently.
During the exceptionally hot period my freezer stopped working. I contacted NAC and was dealt with efficiently by a polite and friendly lady who organised a call out visit for the next day. The following morning the engineer arrived and carried out a 100% check and corrected the fault. This company is super efficient.
