The Engineer named Fflorin came to assess my cooker today(although he couldn’t fix the fault as the part is obsolete)he was friendly, thorough, sympathetic and professional.

Booked an initial repair for our washimg machine and an appointment was made within 48 hours. Engineer turned up at the alloted time was courteous and professional . Identified the issue which unfortunately needed a part that they didnt hold in stock. A second appointment was made in 5 days and the repair carried out – again on time and professional. Very happy with the result so far .
Only slight gripe was the price of the part – which was charged at nearly double compared to if i ordered direct from Bosch.
I paid a set fee then was kept informed all of the way . The engineer send an email with is his estimated time of arrival Diagnosed the problem ordered the part. Then, once the part was delivered, I was emailed a time and date for fixing and fitting, everything went smoothly, according to plan. Excellent service.
