One quick phone call had a probable diagnosis of an electrical fault and an arrangement for an engineer to call later in the day to affect a repair. (Greig came on schedule and fixed the problem.)
Payment was made by secure use of my credit card over the phone and the necessary repair was done effectively and effectively. Whilst not exactly inexpensive, the service was a fraction of the price quoted by Hotpoint. Well done NAC.

Although I was pleased with your engineer and the information provided for his visits I was slightly alarmed at the time lapse between ordering and paying for the spare parts and their subsequent delivery. I hadn’t expected to wait for a month!

The call handler was very clear and informative and explained all initial arrangements. The engineer called within an hour! He was someone who clearly enjoyed his job and was happy to explain everything he was doing and why. He would return to fit the part asap. A very positive experience
