I had a very old (18 years) gas cooker on which the door seals had perished. The engineer came to assess the problem and was sure it could be repaired. He obtained the parts and fitted them. He was very polite punctual and went above and beyond to resolve a problem arising from the repair.

we had a faulty washing machine and dishwasher, I spoke with Yvonne who arranged for Faisal Shah to attend first thing next morning. He was on time, polite friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the washer and moved onto the dishwasher, which, as we thought, required a new matrix. Whilst here I asked him about my air fryer and found he could fix that too. Total price inc VAT £158 – amazing value and sorted in 1 hour to the second. Brilliant service excellent price. I commend this man.

The engineers who came to fix my washing machine were on time, polite and efficient. They identified the fault ordered the part and returned 48 hours later and fitted the part. I would highly recommend this company
The engineer arrived on time but unfortunately was unable to fix the appliance . The problem was attributed to cracks in the fridge lining which was explained to us fully and so a new replacement was the only option.
