They did exactly as advertised . Booking staff were clear and concise and the engineer ( Christopher) , was friendly and helpful. Christopher returned asap after the part was ordered.We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again . Many firms could take a leaf out of NAC’s book for service 👍

Easy to book an appointment with a very helpful call handler (Yvonne) who followed up with text/email messages. Gary the engineer arrived promptly the next day and soon solved the problem with my Miele washing machine. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous and left the kitchen floor spotless.
The gentleman who came out solved the problem straight away dealt with and checked it was working 100% very polite person
very encouraging first encounter with NAC emgineer Dave made contact arranged an apointment gave approx time span On the day sent a txt giving eta and arrived well within it. examined the fridge and gave advise and options for correcting the fault.all in all a very professional performance Look forward to his return visit
