Easy journey from booking to repair. Engineer phoned same day to arrange appointment quickly. He arrived on time, was really professional and friendly. He identified the problem quickly, ordered the part and repaired within a few days. He was a star. No more noisy fridge/freezer.
The receptionist was very helpful and the whole process of explaining my requirements and problem was addressed quickly and efficiently. The engineer contacted me after I made the enquiry to confirm the details, issue and date of the visit and haven’t had to wait days even weeks for my repair.

This company is professional, polite and friendly. The booking process is clear and easy to follow. An appointment made. The engineer arrived after contacting me to let me know when he had set off and then when he arrived at my house. He was a very tidy worker and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely call upon this company to repair my washing machine and recommend them to everyone I know.

Very quick and easy to book an appointment, the chaps turned up the very next day to take a look at our oven, diagnoses the issue and a couple of days later they returned with the parts and repaired it completely. Very seamless process, would definitely recommend!
