Right from the first phone call to NAC we had great customer service. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and was able to offer a service engineer the next day. She explained about call out fee and what would happen.
An extremely polite lad (Stefan) arrived the next day and thoroughly tested the washing machine. He diagnosed the problem and said we would receive an email with price for the part and to state whether we wanted to go ahead or not. He also said there wouldn’t be another charge for him returning/fitting the part.
Throughout all this we were kept up to date with emails, phone calls and text messages.
Stefan duly returned fitted the part and the machine has been working successfully ever since.
We would thoroughly recommend NAC and wouldn’t hessitate to use them again. 5* service all round. Thank you all.
