An excellent experience. Our old dishwasher failed and I contacted NAC for the first time. I was allocated a local engineer who contacted me promptly and attended at a convenient time. He explained the problem and advised on a replacement.
I took delivery of a new model and he returned and fitted the appliance.
Pricing was transparent and reasonable.
I would have no problem in recommending NAC.

So far so good! I phoned yesterday as the door on my combo-microwave oven had broken. Booking process was simple and friendly. An engineer arrived today, the part has been ordered and I do not have to pay further installation charges, just the cost of the new part. It should arrive next week – it’s an older model and isn’t in stock.

Kept informed all the time of engineer Liams arrival times. What a lovely engineer you have. He was polite and extremely informative. Worked out the problem with the integrated dishwasher, ordered the part and was back to fix it as soon as he had it.
