What great service! Very easy to book an appointment online and NAC put me straight in touch with a local engineer who contacted me immediately to arrange repairing my dishwasher. I thought I’d have to wait a few days but he asked a few questions about the problem and arrived in less than 24 hours with the right part to complete the repair. Really friendly, efficient and fast. Job done. What more could you ask for?

Great service very professional from picking up the phone and booking the appointment. Guy come out on time found the problem and ordered the part for my dishwasher. He was back in two days to fix it. That’s good customer service. I won’t hesitate to call this company again. Very happy customer service thank you.

Cooker hob was faulty so contacted NAC. Darren phoned to make an appointment then phoned to make sure I was home. He explained everything he was doing and was polite and friendly. Would recommend and would use again.

When something goes wrong with an appliance you rely on it is worrying but using NAC takes away some of that anxiety. That is because you know someone with expert knowledge will be there to sort it or help you decide what to do. It could not be easier to book a visit and know that someone is coming and when.

Didn’t end up using them, but would use again. Booked an appointment and paid up front. Couple of days later, the appliance started working again. Contacted them via WhatsApp to cancel – done within minutes. Refund received within a couple of days. Great service!
