Didn’t end up using them, but would use again. Booked an appointment and paid up front. Couple of days later, the appliance started working again. Contacted them via WhatsApp to cancel – done within minutes. Refund received within a couple of days. Great service!

I rang NAC when our fridge freezer developed ice in the bottom freezer drawer making it impossible to open the drawer. The lady who took the booking was very pleaant and helpful and an appointment for an engineer to visit was made for the same day. Jonathan arrived exactly on time and quickly diagnosed a blocked drain in the bottom of the freezer. He melted the ice with a steamer to remove the drawer and remainder of the ice build up, checked the temperatures in the fridge and freezer and the electrical working of the fridge and freezer. Jonathan was very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. The service from NAC was excellent all round and I would certainly recommend the company.
