I was very pleased with the service provided by NAC during the repair visit for my American‑style freezer. Chris arrived on time and kept me updated with calls beforehand, which gave me confidence the appointment would run smoothly.

He quickly identified the issue and explained clearly that the freezer could not be repaired due to an internal gas leak. Even though the repair wasn’t possible, Chris offered helpful advice where applicable. Throughout the visit he was courteous, polite, and professional, making the experience as straightforward as possible.

Overall, I appreciated the punctuality, communication, and professionalism shown, and I would be happy to recommend NAC based on this experience.

When I spoke with Sarah in order to arrange for an appointment with an engineer for a probate repair to my fridge-freezer, she was polite & helpful at all times, particularly as I have a hearing problem & often have to ask people to repeat what was said. She listened to my concerns & set out clearly the procedure for the appointment. Sarah came over as professional in a friendly way. the call left me feeling more confident about the problem and about the appointment and any subsequent work which has to be done. I hope to be able to leave a similar review following its completion.

Really good service from NAC, who we used for first time. Booked an engineer easy online + a got a friendly , non-pushy, call from customer service to arrange a visit to inspect a washer/dryer the next day. The engineer was Steve from R2A who visited on time, quickly detected and corrected the problem (user error by the tenant) and provided feedback to the landlord. Good price for all this work and even better when he returned, at no cost, to correct the same problem again from the tenant who was not listening the first time. Only left when machine was working as designed and the tenant user totally understood what to do. Absolutely recommend Steve at R2A and NAC. Will deffo use again! Well done everyone involved here!
