Very happy with NAC. I phoned them in the morning and spoke to a very helpful person who told me the engineer would be in touch later that day. He phoned me back later that morning and came out that afternoon! Our washing machine was working again by teatime. Very happy with the polite, friendly and prompt service. Would definitely use again.
