I was able to make the appointment easily. Chris, the engineer, came at the time scale he had sent me. He was very helpful and told me the cost of the replacement part and had one in his van. He repaired the grill and put everything back tidily. Excellent service.
This was a much better experience than in 2024 when I needed a new oven light but it had to be ordered and the engineer stated he could not put it in the oven when it arrived and I had to do it myself!

On time, affable and job done as promised. Happy.

The response was surprisingly efficient.
I was informed the conditions of the visit of a technician straight away which seemed acceptable.
Once I had confirmed that I accepted the conditions a visit was arranged the next day and I was given a time period for the visit.
The technician arrived early and got straight onto solving my problem.
After initially thinking there were serious problems he discovered the cause(probably user errors) and got the fridge/freezer working again.
He assured us that it would be OK but warned that if he hadn’t cured it he had made notes of what might be needed to complete a repair. He set up an overnight test asking me to contact him the following morning if it wasn’t frozen.
He rang me at 9am to see if things were working which they were and he confidently closed the repair.
Meaning I only had to pay the call out charge. I felt that the technician was polite, confident, helpful and efficient

The engineer was on time, polite, and thorough. He resolved the issue and explained it fully.

The gentleman arrived on time and carried out the repair quickly and efficiently

Excellent service , could have been next day but was out. Unfortunately had to replace dishwasher as the mother board had failed therefore more cost effective to replace. All sorted very quickly and professionally by Dean of DH repairs highly recommend.

Had an issue with my oven not working. I rung to get an engineer booked in; the lady I spoke to on the phone was fantastic, very helpful, had an engineer booked in for the next day. Engineer arrived in the time slot as provided. He was fantastic, very professional and fixed my oven issue there and then. Would highly recommend.
