Washing machine broke on Saturday, was fixed by Tuesday morning. Repairman confirmed the appointment Saturday evening, turned up on time Tuesday. Fixed the machine (which had stopped spinning) and now the machine is quieter than its been in years
Repaired our integrated bosch microwave.the technician came exactly when he said and diagnosed the problem straight away,the parts were ordered and returned to repair it.great communication with both the technician and office,would def.reccomend.

I had an issue with my washing machine and called NAC for help. They booked me a next day call out, the man who came out identified the issue and it was dealt with in the next few days. The costs werent too bad either. A speedy and friendly service and they communicate quickly with their customers! This has saved me buying a whole new appliance! Im extremely impressed with the service from these guys, 10/10 from start to finish! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a quick repair! Engineer arrived same day, carefully removed and later replaced the integrated full height fridge without damage to kitchen (unlike other company engineers previously used on other appliances!). He identified the potential faults, ran tests to clarify and agreed way forward with me. I was kept clearly informed throughout and made aware of cost items and the risks of not fully rectifying the fault. It worked 😀
