The gas engineer was thorough, clean and tidy repair to my gas oven, even bringing a protective pad to stand my oven on to protect my new vinyl in the kitchen. I was expecting the worst as there seemed to be an electrical fault in our dishwasher which might have proved final and require a new machine. The engineer who came the day after I called and as early as possible, traced the fault to a faulty earth in a pretty inaccessible socket behind another machine. He advised me on the use of the machine and gave me a few tips. I was impressed that he was equipped to trace a fault that was not even in the machine. Much relief all round!
Dan the engineer was a very nice polite young man he methodically went through every possibility to find the problem with my large fridge. He eventually found the problem and phoned the office were the part could be ordered from and returned yesterday and fitted it.
The service from the company was excellent from start to finish and the bill was very fair for the call out the part and fitting. The nice lady in the office talked me through how to make the payment so I would definitely use this company again. To replace my fridge would have been so expensive as the prices have gone crazy for Samsung products but I was very very happy with the fees and service provided as the saving was huge
The office can give advice if they think it is a fixable problem and don’t push you to make a decision there and then and they are honest and upfront with there fees and prices I would definitely use there services again if any of my white goods need attention sometimes things can’t be fixed but a phone call for advice is always the first step with them

My repair could have been within 24 hours , but I had to request a few days later (due to my shift pattern at the hospital).
Once my chosen date was booked , one of their seconded repairers (Total Alliance Repair) were in touch within 15 mins to confirm details about faults to my washing machine and arrange a time slot.
The repairer/engineer was on time on the scheduled day. He worked quickly to identify the issues, and was able to repair my machine within about 30 mins, as he had the 2 parts needed on his van.
He cleaned up everything and waited to see the machine start it’s washing cycle.
The call out charge which included labour was highly competitive, and cheaper than others, and the parts I had to purchase were reasonable.
Very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend both NAC and Total Alliance Repairs.
