Call was handled quickly and efficiently. A appointment was booked in for a date convenient for me. Could even have been earlier if I wanted. Call out charge is reasonable.
The engineer took time to spot that a bit of gunk might be affecting the spin cycle. He cleaned it off and now I have a fully operating machine without having a new and very expensive spin belt fitted. Very reasonable visit price and if a return visit is needed no second call out charge.
Have only just booked an engineer’s visit and he hasn’t been round yet but I’m leaving this review based on my experience with the company so far, which has been so smooth and easy. She understood the problem straight away, gave me options for a visit straight away, very good pricing and provided all the information I needed (both text and email) the moment I put the phone down. So easy. Feel like I’m in safe hands.Thanks so much for a terrific service so far!
It was the end of a difficult day and I knew I was the last person to be visited by your engineer. However (his name escapes me) your engineer was excellent and explained what he was doing and why. He was respectful throughout and worked tirelessly. If we had to score him – he would get full marks.

Rang up on Wednesday morning and have an engineer booked for Friday to look at my hob. Spoke with Becky and she was very professional and friendly and explained everything clearly to me.
Engineer came at appointed time, worked fast and sorted the problem.
Engineer was very polite, informative and completed the repair professionally.
From the first contact service was amazing kept up to date with time of arrival and engineer AJ arrived same day and was brilliant as added in an extra repair at last minute and he did it no problem. He sent a video of both grill and oven working and breakdown of cost. Would definately recommend to anyone who needs a fast repair, very professional and efficient. Would use again.
Spoke to Becky via phone call at about 14:00 hrs and she got us booked in for that day , Becky was polite, friendly and professional.
Dylan was our engineer again polite and professional and had it fixed in 5 minutes.
