Right from my first contact with Rebecca at NAC I have received cheerful, friendly and efficient service. Having the contact number for the repair engineer was very helpful as I had to rearrange the first call. On the day I had a eta, then a more specific arrival time. Roberto quickly diagnosed the problem and the parts required. I called NAC to book the repair for the following week, which was completed first thing this morning.

Adam who came out to my home to carry out repair to our tumble dryer could so easily have said beyond economical repair and been on his way instead he got to work did a complete strip down of dryer and repaired it without any fuss just what you want from a tradesperson

Customer service on initial call excellent. Constant updates as to when repair to be done and by who. Repair man Faisal knew his job and carried the spares so no having to book another visit. All in all I recommend NAC.

Booking the job with NAC was extremely easy. I booked online and received a text message confirming the date.
The engineer kept me fully informed on the day of when he would be arriving and, true to his word, was there on the dot.
He was a very amiable guy and had the dishwasher fixed within 20 minutes.

Plenty of appointment dates available and the engineer arrived on time. A four hour slot is confirmed the evening before the appointment and a text is sent in the morning to confirm when he is on his way. The fault was identified but he did not have the part on his van so had to come back another day. Only complaint is the part delivery cost of 10 pounds which i thought was quite steep. I only paid the one fixed fee for the repair even though he came back for a second time. The part was extra. Overall a really good service

The engineer turned up within 24 hours and was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He identified the problem with the dishwasher immediately, replaced the part, tested it and left for his next call.
