Mike kept me informed about his ETA and was within 15 minutes. Diagnosed w/m fault with tumble dryer heating as broken wires to thermostat. Repair successfully completed in about half hour. No parts, no additional cost. Excellent service: thanks, Mike!

Straight in, back off the cooker and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. He also showed me how to remove the control knobs and clean everything. The oven now works well and the knobs feel like new.
