All aspects of service from booking the appointment to repairing the fault were excellent. Everything promised was delivered. Time of appointment was notified and the engineer was on time. I was desperate to get my washing machine fixed as it wouldn’t drain or spin. I got a quote before the engineer called.
He came early on the day I expected him and did a speedy and professional repair. I was delighted.

Very easy to book a repair on a date of your choosing. Fairly priced and you are kept well informed. I can’t speak for all of thier engineers but the one who visited us was polite and got straight to fixing the problem.
