The call out engineer was prompt and although he had quite a task to access the tumble dryer ( in a cupboard) he did so with cheerfulness and courtesy
The ordered part was fitted efficiently and I would like to thank him for fitting me in as early as possible that day.

Called out to repair a 5 year old fridge/freezer however the engineer said it was not repairable. Engineer produced report which allowed me to contact company I bought item from and complain, company refund cost of report and also gave me a good amount towards new fridge/ freezer.

The lady who took my call, Sally, was great – very patient and helpful. She couldn’t have been nicer or explained the process more clearly.
Nathan, the engineer, called to let me know he was nearby and would be arriving shortly. He did a fantastic job – extremely thorough and tidy – and explained clearly what he was doing. He was polite and respectful throughout his visit.

From the first telephone call all very professional and courteous. Next day service. Engineer very efficient, explained what was wrong and offered advice. Appliance repaired but explained that due to age of appliance and cost of defective part may not be repairable in future. Refreshing to have good service and honesty.
Great service from the first contact through to the repair of my washer/drier. NAC were flexible with appointments, the engineer was both knowledgeable and efficient. Following the initial visit the engineer had my washing machine working however a follow up visit was required to fix the tumble drier (a replacement part was required) There was no additional call out fee or labour cost for the second visit. I am very pleased with the service received (From booking process, engineer response, repair cost and overall time to fix the appliance). I highly recommend NAC.
