The engineer (Nathan) was thorough and knowledgeable. Booking an appointment was easy as was communication directly with the team. Really pleased the hob is now fully functional with a guarantee in place.

Great service, explained what the issue was and the parts required to fix the problem and the overall cost. A week later once parts ordered and received the washing machine was fixed.

Engineer turned up at agreed time, quickly identified the problem with our dishwasher and the likely solution.
Returned with the required parts and fitted them.
In the course of his work, he discovered that he did not have to renew some of the parts he had ordered. He told me this was the case and reducuced his bill accordingly.
I will not hesitate tocontact NAC for any future repairs to kitchen equipment.

Great service, quick response on phone & in getting an appointment. All done & repaired within a few days. Could have had it done next day but due to work commitments we had to take a different date. Everyone friendly helpful & efficient.

Paul arrived as promised having communicated when he was coming before by mobile. Assessed washing machine fault and although he could repair it, he said it would be too expensive due to its age and value. Tidied up after him and pleasant and courteous. would recommend.
