Jack was excellent. Firstly at keeping in touch about when he would be visiting and also during the actual appointment. It turned out there was nothing really wrong with the dishwasher but he checked everything thoroughly and stayed to ensure it was working. High recommend

A failure to a major kitchen appliance can be stressful, using NAC, it wasn’t stressful as at!
Using the online booking system, it was very easy to book a Refrigeration Engineer for the very next day! The confirmation e-mail and text message confirmed the appointment, including the Refrigeration Engineers name and we were given a time frame – at each stage, we had the option to cancel or reschedule.
On arrival, he quickly explained the defect (possible pipe blockage), how we could go forward and what could happen if the proposed repair didn’t work. He basically gave us all the options and price!
We chose the option of trying to shift the blockage by re-gassing the system, this was completed within 30 minutes, and with a quick conformation the freezer was freezing again we were back in business!
Overall, we are very happy (because the repair worked!) .
We had a great experience with NAC when our combi oven stopped working. They were able to send someone out within 48 hours and were quick to identify the fault and parts required. They were then back in less than a week to refit and fix the issue. On both occasions their technicians were professional and efficient, leaving no mess behind and doing a great job.
