Excellent service from booking to completion. Arranged next day engineer – gave clear timescales – and engineer rang to confirm arrival time. Mending machine. Left area clean and tidy. Paid by card with card machine and receipt emailed immediately. Couldn’t have worked any better. Great service from Darren, Enginner – polite, friendly and tidy. Will be back and happy to recommend.
Our washing machine had stopped working suddenly. I called NAC mid morning and they put me in touch with an engineer who arrived the same day. They were friendly, professional and quickly identified the problem. I think their service was also reasonably priced. Great service!

Our technician was Florian. He arrived when he said, he fixed our dryer quickly, he was very polite and answered all our questions. We will call NAC again if we need an appliance repair. We are extremely impressed with the quality of service. Many thanks.

Washing machine wasn’t functioning anymore for 4 days. Lucky to find NAC. Booked an appointment yesterday night. And they were able to confirm our schedule in the morning. The engineer came in the afternoon who was very understanding and swiftly finished the job. Unlike the first company we first booked with which was surrey appliance, their receptionist is not very accommodating nor helpful which gave us a lot of problems by just the scheduling. So, thank you NAC and engineer Aleksandar for a great service.
Fast and efficient with very good communication. Gas engineer unavailable on the day to look at a gas jet that wasn’t working so another engineer was found who fixed the catch on one of the oven doors (the main reason for the callout). The callout charge was reduced as a result. Sayed was courteous and professional.
Absolutely brilliant. Jordan came and sorted out the hob. He was very efficient and also a very well mannered and lovely guy. Couldn’t be more helpful. I would definitely have this company again if required.
