I found the service online and loved that it was all digital, booked in a slot and the engineer got in touch the following day. Leton was great and helped sort my freezer issue in a couple of hours.

The booking for an engineer was arranged quickly, he turned up within the estimated time slot and sorted out the problem with my freezer efficiently. He seemed to have a lot of experience and knowledge and even gave advice about other appliances in the kitchen.
