From the initial call which was dealt with efficiently and politely by Becky, through to engineer visit, diagnosis and repair, the whole experience was positive. The process was seamless and the Fridge/Freezer issue was sorted out saving me a whole load of money buying a new one.

From the minute I phoned NAC they were polite and efficient with great follow up communication. They quoted me the call out price so I knew exactly what I was paying. Likewise I was quoted the price for the repair work well in advance. All costs were properly invoiced. Stephen the engineer who fixed my fridge was excellent. 100% knew what he was doing and repaired my fridge quickly with no mess. Can’t recommend him enough. So glad I came across this company.

Tried to get a repair by the company I bought the oven off.evan after producing the owners manual and being told that the manufacturer s number was not enough and being sent back to find a non-existent second number which I was told they would not send out a service engineer until they had it I have up and called you guy’s and received a first date service
