I found NAC from a Google search (always risky) but liked the fact they had a fixed price, based on my oven model. Obviously parts were extra, but at least I knew what I was paying to find out if my oven was fixable.
The engineer turned up on the day I booked and within the time I was given the night before. He was friendly and efficient, taking care not to scratch anything, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Alas, he didn’t have the part I needed on his van but it was ordered same day and he was back within 5 days to fit it at no extra labour/call out charge. Again, he turned up on the day I’d booked and within the time slot stated. Both times I got a text 20-30 mins before he arrived, so I didn’t have to stay home all morning.
The booking system was very easy to use, with instant confirmation of my booking.
Yes, the (genuine NEFF) part was a bit more expensive than I could have got from an online parts store, but the service was excellent and I got my oven fixed quickly and efficiently.
A very reliable service and would definitely use again, without hesitation.
