Quick and easy to book, engineer clearly knew his stuff, located fault really quickly, ordered the part and a couple of days alter we were up and running. Very impressed.

Today I managed to book an appointment to fix my washing machine. This was a friendly efficient exchange of conversation. The engineer will let me know tonight if the part is in stock and if so aim to fix my machine tomorrow!

The engineer turned up on time, smart and polite. Diagnosed the problem with our microwave – ordered a new part and said he’d be back to fix as soon as it arrived. That’s exactly what he did. Excellent service, highly recommend NAC!
