Great service, pleasant engineer who was very helpful.

Really easy to book in with, arranged it all on the website and had a repair tech visit within 48 hours. Did have to wait a week for the repair but that was due to the parts needing to be ordered. Pricing was fair in my opinion, especially for the no hassle service. Nathan was lovely, really polite and very quick to repair on the day booked in.

The woman who answered the phone was very helpful. The engineer arrived on time. He sorted out the problem quickly and left us to clean out the filter and push the machine back into position. We were happy that the washer was back working as normal.

Jason, the engineer was prompt, had a pleasant manner and detailed the various faults which could affect the appliance. Then outlined the repair solutions and the costs involved. The gas cooker was repaired without wasting time or energy, successfully, professionally and competently. The final amount charged, was ultimately only the initial low quote without any hidden extras. Very Proficient.

NAC repair was excellent, I found them online at 7.20am and Andrew the engineer arrived 12.20pm the same day . Extremely efficient, diagnosed the fault with our American fridge/freezer. Ordered the parts and came back to fix it a few days later.
We paid £98 for call out and for the engineer to come back and fix it ( extra for parts) , very reasonable and a great service will recommend to anyone .

Very pleased with my visit from Nick to repair my Samsung fridge/freezer fault found and part ordered and replaced within a few days with everything excplaned. Thank you will if needed use your company again.

Helpful customer services. Found another engineer when 1st was unavailable Excellent contact from engineer kept us totally up to date about when he was coming and tried to diagnose problem over phone so he could bring parts with him, so only one visit, which he was successful at. Very polite and knowledgeable

I phoned about my fridge freezer as the fridge seemed to be freezing, an engineer came the same day and identified the problem, ordered a spare part and said he would be back to fit it in 3 or 4 days….we managed for those few days. When he came to fit the part he was quick and efficient, so thankyou to Darryn….very pleased! 😀
