Our fridge was playing up and we needed it sorted ASAP. NAC provided an Excellent customer service, they answered the phone promptly, they book you in and explain what will happen and the costs clearly. They turned up on time and kept us up to date on repair progress as they worked. In the end we bought a new fridge given the likelihood of further failure in an old fridge. Would absolutely recommend using these guys if you need help with a faulty appliance

NAC were able to find me an Engineer for the following day who turned up within the hours scheduled and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Paid by card, had a quick chat and that was that. Very good. Will obviously use again.
