Engineer arrived on the day as expected ( quite a long window of wait time on the day but they do keep you updated). Unfortunately i’d requested am visits on 2 occasions but they could not meet this but were efficient at getting me booked back in..
The engineer was pleasant and courteous and seemed to know just what was needed.
Overall very pleasant experience with this company and i would recommend to a friend.
