I initially called the manufacturer for support and this proved difficult so I called NAC. The call handler was really efficient and friendly and arranged an appointment for me very quickly.

It was easy to book with NAC, which I did over the phone. I was able to choose the day, though not the time. A callout and labour fee is payable when booking; any parts needed are on top, though I had already bought a replacement door catch from LG. NAC phoned and emailed a reminder message early on booking day, giving a number to call to confirm the appointment. The phone reminder, though not the email, gave a 4 hour timeslot. Be aware that you need to phone back to confirm before 10 am otherwise the visit is automatically cancelled. The two reminders had a different callback number though, so I decided to call the website number instead and I was able to confirm that way.
The engineer arrived within the allocated timeslot. He was polite, tidy, & fixed & tested my washing machine door catch before leaving. Overall the experience with this company felt no-nonsense, efficient and good value. I would definitely use them again.
