Given a 2 hour time slot the day before. Updated when engineer on his way with ETA. Arrived within 5 mins of ETA. Repair carried out quickly & effectively.
Good communications from the first phone call to NAC. They had someone with us in less than 24 hours. The local engineer (Paul) was great. Good communications from his company to. All this was important to us as we know the perils of a sub-standard business and engineer. We would highly recommend NAC and Paul.

From our initial contact with NAC by telephone an appointment was made for an engineer to carry out the inspection and repair of the fridge/freezer. The first point of contact at NAC was very helpful and kept us informed as to the time scale of the visit and company they had assigned to complete the repair. The engineer made telephone contact to confirm the appointment and an estimated time of arrival. On arrival Les checked out the appliance and diagnosed the fault. The repair was done in a very professional manner with a successful conclusion. We would highly recommend this company.
We contacted on the Monday and within a couple of hours the engineer called back and arranged to come next day Tuesday solved the problem but had to send for a replacement hinge which came a couple of days later and he came back on the Friday and fixed it within the hour very pleasant and professional man great job done thank you

I contacted NAC and as promised their engineer telephoned shortly after to find out more details of our problem with the oven door. The next morning he telephoned to say he was on his way.He quickly identified the problem and fixed it in no time.
