There were delays but they were not the engineers fault overall the experience was a good one. I recommend these guys 100 percent
From my first telephone conversation when my details and problem with my range cooker were reported and being contacted by a gas service technician within one hour. He came the same day identified the problem and ordered up the required component. Returned two days later with the part which was fitted.I now have a fully functioning cooker.

Found NAC via Google when trying to find someone to fix faults with both our Miele dishwasher and our Samsung fridge. The whole experience was brilliant from booking an engineer to the actual repairs and rearranging a follow up visit to fix a spare part. Ashley who attended and carried out the repairs was also brilliant. Highly recommended!
