Booking an appointment was easy and the lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful. An appointment was made for the following day. The engineer rang me to let me know he wasn’t in my area then, so would come the next day. Prior to his arrival Aleksander rang to let me know the time he would be arriving, and duly arrived on time. He was professional and polite and fixed my hob quickly. Highly recommended.
