The engineer arrived on time, he quickly identified the problem. No additional costs, all completed within the call out charge. No tutting or thats going to be expensive. The engineer, was professional and friendly. I received a 5 star service.

I just wanted to leave Sharon review who took my initial call booking for a engineer to come out and look at my washing machine (Sharon sent me a link to review her call but unfortunately the page came up with ‘404 page not found’ when I clicked on it). It was lovely to speak to Sharon because I have used NAC a couple of times in the past for appliance repairs and everyone I have spoken to on the phone has given exemplary customer service and Sharon was no different. She was warm, friendly, and extremely conscientious about explaining every aspect of the engineer call out process to me and booking an engineer slot on a day that suited me. I felt like I was truly taken care of on this call and all that mattered was providing me with the best service and interaction possible. Sharon was a pleasure to talk to and a credit to NAC
