Before making any repair, the engineer checked over the appliance (over 2 hours) and gave a complete breakdown as to what was wrong and what the cost would be to replace the parts. It was way beyond worth repairing. The engineer then advised what to look for when buying a new hob. Saved me lots of money.

Needed a heating element fitted on my beko oven. The lady engineer was brilliant. Polite, professional, no messing about. Knew exactly what she was doing. Cleared up after she had finished. Would definitely use the service again and recommend.
