Engineer Nick came promptly, diagnosed the fault and ordered the part. A very pleasant young man who kept me informed by text when he was coming , so all in all a very good experience.

Very good communication and service throughout the repairs, 3 broken parts replaced in 3 visits for a single call out fee, very fairly priced, polite proffessional engineers, smart appearance and not out to rip you off, highly recommended.
I had a good solid service experience from NAC.My pump had gone in the washing machine and this was changed quickly and efficiently, so seeing this I asked the engineer to mend my cooker door which needed a new part.This was replaced within a week after parts had been sent for. Couldn’t have asked for a better service and I was relieved my appliances were back in action so quickly.I will use them again.

Great service from initial call to job completion. We were given a cost breakdown by the receptionist over the phone which explained everything. A date was confirmed and we were kept fully informed all the way through. The engineer Danny arrived well within the time slot and quickly sorted out the leak on our washing machine. Polite and friendly all the while he was here. Would definitely recommend.
