Simple to book

I got a call before they arrived, to check if the machine was still full of water. The guy was very polite. Came in talked me through what he was doing and he thought it could be. Once he found the issue fixed it quickly then gave me some tips on how to use features on the machine I didn’t know where there.

Excellent service. It was great to speak to the receptionist , who was efficient and friendly and talked through the whole procedure. Nick the engineer arrived promptly, immediately identified the problem, fitted and fixed oven in a professional manner.

So far so good…. Booking process simple and effective… let’s see how good the actual repair process now is 🤞

The engineer was polite professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, carried out the necessary checks/repairs and the freezer has been working faultlessly ever since his visit.

Dishwasher repair. Engineer arrived at agreed time,was polite and efficient in diagnosing faulty pressure switch. Ordered new part. When it was delivered he quickly fitted it and stayed to make sure the dishwasher was functioning correctly after it had been left unused in empty property for over a year.
