Engineer arrived in specified time. Undertook the repair efficiently and effectively. Charged for parts and paid on mobile device. Demonstrated oven was working and explained the issue. Very good service.

1st point of call was efficient and communicative. Technician was prompt, polite and git it fixed for a reasonable price.

The repair team (2) arrived about half-way through the expected time window, quickly diagnosed the repair required (replace fridge/freezer fan motor), did it with a spare that they carried and departed after checking that we were happy with the work done. They were very polite, left everything clean and tidy and were very efficient. I was slightly surprised at the cost of the replacement until I checked on line and confirmed that they’d used the like-for-like one recommended rather than cheap alternatives.
