The engineer, Daniel, was very efficient. I was most concerned that my integrated dishwasher door was refitted correctly after the repair. He paid very good attention to the detail and I am very pleased with the result.
My fridge freezer was starting to play up (noisy fan), so phoned NAC for a quote, and went ahead with the booking. From start to finish they were brilliant. Two call-backs, informing me of the process, and then confirming my 3 hour slot the next day. I requested an early slot, as I was worried my appliance would break down in the hot weather. Also, we had cinema tickets for the next afternoon. The engineer turned up early in the slot. It was obvious that he was very experienced, found the issue quickly (ice build-up) and resolved. Will definitely use them again for my appliances!

Company managed the repair via Domestic Heroes, both companies kept me well informed throughout the repair to fridge freezer, done within the week from start to finish and that also required them to order a part in. No complaints at all, very quick and professional.

The repair person was polite, cheerful and extremely efficient. He diagnosed the problem and what was needed quickly and rectified it without the need for a return visit. He explained the whole process and advised on further maintenance of my appliance. Absolutely excellent service.
