Excellent service from extremely helpful member of NAC team. Fridge freezer is now fully operational again.

I would highly recommend using NAC repair if you have issues with your freezer/fridge. After contacting them an and receiving text updates and email on expected time of arrival an engineer arrived just a few days later on time (which is rare) and very quickly resurrected our 10yr old Samsung high end fridge/freezer. It seemed to good of an appliance to just throw away and replace so the fact that they’ve saved us 000’s pounds was great. I’ll be using you for all our future appliance issues. Thanks again

An appointment was available very soon after contacting the company and the engineer arrived in the time frame given….. the Engineer was polite and inspired confidence in quickly diagnosing the problem. The part was ordered and then fitted two days later, the whole process went very smoothly and I now have a working microwave oven. The price was also very reasonable for the whole repair… I was contemplating just replacing the item but I’m now very glad I didn’t. Will definitely recommend this company.

Engineer arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. although he was unable to repair my fridge freezer he did answer all of my questions about a replacement.
Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

The engineer was very courteous, helpful and informative. He was also flexible and rearranged his visit to an early morning one to fit in with our working hours.

I was able to book an appointment online for the next day for an engineer to come and look at my noisy freezer. The fault was identified quickly and the part ordered. I was able to contact them to check in on the arrival of the part and book the next appointment. Everyone involved was polite and time keeping was great. Would recommend and use again.

The repair man arrived ahead of time and did a thorough inspection of the washing machine. He addressed 1 of the problems and sorted it swiftly but went on to look deeper as it it did not solve the overall problem. He then identified the ongoing problem and gave excellent and evidence-based advice: it was not economically sensible to undertake the more complex repair. Throughout he was professional and friendly. We were delighted with the service.

2nd time we’ve used NAC and in both cases the experience has been very good…

1. Pricing was clear and seemed reasonable (we did shop around)
2. Booking was simple and the comms from then on were excellent
3. Finally, couldn’t fault the engineer who was friendly and clearly very proficient. The 2nd time he was done in 45min… the first required parts being ordered but he kept us fully up to date throughout… and the fact that there was no 2nd charge for coming to fit those parts was really appreciated.
