Brilliant fast repair one visit and sorted in less than 30 mins
Jamie the engineer was friendly, efficient and hugely knowledgeable. He came up with a parts-free approach to tackling the issue with our Smeg Fridge Freezer with the offer of coming back if the fix hadn’t worked. So far his repair is looking good but we’d be delighted to have him back next time an odd noise starts coming out of any of our appliances.

Our gas hob had a leak and we had to turn it off. We were considering spending thousands of pounds on a new gas hob as Repair companies told us it could not be fixed. Great communication. Jamie ( the engineer) called to discuss the issue. Arranged a visit that suited me and was prompt to arrive. He explained the fault and how to rectify. He arranged for the part to be delivered and again was prompt to revist and fix my appliance.
