Superb service. No obvious fault, engineer found the problem (snapped cable in a harness) and repaired. Great service, would use again and definitely recommend!
Engineer came out looked at my dishwasher and instantly knew what the problem was. Fixed main problem and told us there and then we needed a few parts which were ordered. He came back fitted them and dishwasher is better than ever. Engineer was very professional and polite.

Something I do need to feedback on … there were a couple of when he needed help ( 2 man job) …. Not sure how he’d have managed if I hadn’t been around and it had been my wife / someone less able than me who was here
Sally the call handler was very helpful and efficient. At the time I wasn’t aware that NAC is a national company organising repairs with local engineers. I’ve booked in a repair and await the work being done. So far so good 😊
I spoke to Maria today. She was really helpful and I managed to get a quick appointment. Every thing was explained fully around the price and what that included so I am fully aware of the cost involved and no hidden extras
