Very fast service and knowledgeable team

An appointment was arranged speedily. The engineer diagnosed problem with our freezer and suggested a way forward. He injected gas and then left instructions to defrost for a couple of days. Then we refroze the freezer and all has been well.

Washing machine part arrived earlier than expected. Technician phoned to arrange fixing on that day. Worked quickly and efficiently; even cleaned the exterior of the machine. Very pleasant, also advised us on another of our appliances. Excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend.
