Maria, the representative was absolutely fantastic at her job. Very courteous, very helpful, very knowledgeable and was very easy to talk to about my issue on my cooker.
Had an engineer booked in within a five minute call.

Phone answered reasonably quickly and it was great to talk to a real person and explain the fault. Becky was very pleasant, and clearly explained the charges. Hopefully technician will phone today/ tomorrow to discuss the problem and arrange a time.

One local company contacted only to be told “we don;t do dishwashers” second ‘local’ couldn’t come for a week and call out charge was more than NAC’s total including part.
