The engineer turned up between the agreed hours and was polite and knowledgeable. He quoted a price to fit a new programmed main board to our Samsung EcoWash, but the cost was prohibitive.

Within days of moving into our new home we were very disappointed to find the dishwasher simply would not work. We had no previous experience of NAC but contact with them ensured a swift visit from an engineer. He was prompt and easily rectified whatever it was that was causing the problem – thankfully a new machine was not on the cards!
