Excellent service

Our technician was Florian. He arrived when he said, he fixed our dryer quickly, he was very polite and answered all our questions. We will call NAC again if we need an appliance repair. We are extremely impressed with the quality of service. Many thanks.

Very good service. We bought a new grille to replace ourselves but was a little bit more involved than we could manage. The engineer arrived same day which was amazing & the job was done. We highly recommend

Washing machine wasn’t functioning anymore for 4 days. Lucky to find NAC. Booked an appointment yesterday night. And they were able to confirm our schedule in the morning. The engineer came in the afternoon who was very understanding and swiftly finished the job. Unlike the first company we first booked with which was surrey appliance, their receptionist is not very accommodating nor helpful which gave us a lot of problems by just the scheduling. So, thank you NAC and engineer Aleksandar for a great service.

Fast and efficient with very good communication. Gas engineer unavailable on the day to look at a gas jet that wasn’t working so another engineer was found who fixed the catch on one of the oven doors (the main reason for the callout). The callout charge was reduced as a result. Sayed was courteous and professional.

Absolutely brilliant. Jordan came and sorted out the hob. He was very efficient and also a very well mannered and lovely guy. Couldn’t be more helpful. I would definitely have this company again if required.

I was very pleased with Paul who arrived in good time to have a look at my non-working microwave. He did all he could to get my microwave working again but sadly its age was to much for it. Paul was a pleasure to talk to and I highly recommend him.

NAC provided the most professional service from first point of contact to the completion of the repair of our Belling Gas Oven. Their customer service was first class and we were kept informed and updated at each step of the process. The Engineer turned up as promised, was very professional and resolved the problem. Charges were very reasonable and exactly as quoted with no hidden costs. I would have no hesitation in recommending NAC to family and friends. Thank you for an amazing service.
