From first contact, getting an appointment, being kept fully informed of time of arrival and name of engineer this service was pleasant and very efficient.

He was very well presented, knowledgeable and friendly. He managed to fix the problem with my dishwasher there and then, no parts needed, and was very reassuring. Stefan is a credit to the company, which I highly recommend. It always seems a gamble trying to find a domestic repair service, but this time it was a win for me!
