The customer service team were really helpful when l called and booked an engineer to come to my property the next day. I then got a call from the engineer to get a time booked. My engineer was called Mitch & he was really helpful & explained everything to me. He had to return a few days later to fit a part but again it was done when convenient for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for an appliance repair

The problem was a ‘squealing’ tumble dryer. Th two engineers arrived on time and were able to resolve the problem with relative ease. They were knowledgeable about the machine involved and had come well prepared with the part they thought correctly that was relevant to the ‘squeal’,,,
