The appointment was arranged quickly, with a next day appointment made. The repair person arrived on time, was friendly and completed the repair quickly at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend!

Great service. Pre-visit comms were excellent and engineer arrived on time. Really professional, courteous and efficient. Can’t fault NAC at all.
Our initial online contact with NAC was responded to, exactly as promised, in a timely and accommodating manner by Sarah who efficiently arranged a home visit assessment of our fridge freezer by Gavin Simpson. Gavin swiftly diagnosed the problem, ordered the required part and has been very obliging in accommodating the fitting thereof. All in all, a highly professional and competent service, which we would highly recommend.
NAC were very good throughout. Booking was easy and was followed by confirmations and updates of when the engineer would arrive. The engineer was excellent. Helpful, informative and pleasent although he did forget to switch the fridge back on. Luckily I didn’t need an engineer to sort that out!
