Efficient and clear

Good communication and clear on pricing. Arrived when expected and assessed the job. Provided advice and a part was needed, so came back to fit this on another day when the part arrived. All went smoothly, very professional

The booking of the appointment was quick and easy. Tom sent a text and answered some questions I had. He arrived on time and was friendly and informative. Sadly he was unable to fix my 12 year old AEG dishwasher as the parts were no longer available.

Outstanding. Called and spoke to the NAC booking office. They arranged an Appliance specialist for the following Monday (I called on Friday). Mustafa was allocated the job. Truly one of the nicest most professional and clued up experts I have every met. If you ever need an Appliance repaired ask NAC to allocate Mustafa to the job. A wonderful kind polite and knowledgeable man. Thank you NAC and thank you Mustafa.

I was quoted a price which was exactly what i was charged. I was gjven date and time for work to be completed which was perfect. The service man was very good went straight to work working cleanly and efficiently. I have no complaints and will happily use the same firm again if the need arises. Thanks to all concernd

I spoke to a lady on the phone she asked me what my problem was and an appliance engineer got back to me to say he would book me in when he checked availability. A couple of hours later he contacted me to give me a time slot which was the next day.He came and did the job.He was very pleasant and professional. You get informed of call out charge at the first phone call.

The Engineer was very good, there were a couple of ‘niggly’ bits, which the engineer sorted out efficiently.
Couldn’t recommend the company high enough.
