Cooker chimney hood repair needed. Straight through on phone. Job prices given to me. I accepted. Agreed visit day. Engineer Aleksander messaged me directly to agree timing and also messaged when he was 15 mins away. He was very professional and got the fan going again. Excellent all round service.

The booking process was straightforward and offered very prompt service. Useful to have the space to describe the issues we were having ( rather than general one-liners) so that the engineer was primed before he got to us. Very helpful engineer who spotted the problem quickly. In the end it was a simple fix and he also took time to show me how I could easily sort this if it happened again.
Quick, efficient and friendly. Gave a few details and the advisor was able to get me booked in for a repair with the option of a possible cancellation for same day appointment. Gave a breakdown of the cost for callout and labour. Great customer service.

Friendly, efficient and professional from the first phone call through to the visit and then engineer’s explanation of the what the problem was, plus the various options for repair were and the accompanying prices. Can’t fault and wish we’d found NAC earlier. We still have some additional work to be done, but have absolute confidence this will proceed as efficiently as our experience to date.
